Participation is subject to a lottery. Submission of this form constitutes an entry into the lottery and does not guarantee participation.

Selection Process:
• After the registration deadline (September 30, 2026), priority will be given to CAMRAD II users.
• If the number of CAMRAD II user applicants exceeds capacity, a lottery will be conducted among CAMRAD II users only.
• If seats remain after accommodating CAMRAD II users, a separate lottery will be conducted for other applicants.
• All applicants will be notified individually of the lottery results.

• A copy of your submission will be sent to the email address provided. Please retain it until the lottery results are announced.
• CAMRAD II users are requested to prepare a 20-minute presentation on behalf of their company.
